We registered Matjila & Phiri and built how we operate. This site, a clear split between Shaun and Bridget, written quoting, and a firm view of what we take on. We wanted the basics solid before we took on more volume.

We registered Matjila & Phiri in 2024. Before that, we kept seeing the same pattern. Projects passed between people who never fully understood what was being built, or why. That is what we built against.
We set up the practice so the same people who agree scope are the ones who deliver it. No account manager in the middle, no builder who never sat in the discovery call.
Discovery can take more than one conversation. We treat that as part of the job, not a delay before the real work starts.
After launch, we stay on. If something breaks or needs changing, you message us directly.
