About
Shaun leads development and delivery from the first build decisions through go-live. That includes the front end, the back end, hosting, and the practical work of getting a product ready for real use.
He holds a Diploma in Business Information Technology and Microsoft Azure certifications across administration, development, architecture, and DevOps. Day to day, his focus is software that looks considered, performs reliably, and still holds up once customers and staff start depending on it.

About
Bridget leads discovery and helps turn an early idea into a project plan the whole delivery can follow. She works through priorities, documentation, and the details that keep a build aligned before development gathers pace.
With a BSc in Information Technology and Information Systems, and experience as both a document specialist and a business analyst, she brings structure to the conversation so you know what is being built, why it matters, and how progress will be checked as the work moves forward.
